During public holidays, the day before a public holiday, and the day following a public holiday, cancellations are free of charge only if made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.

No-Show
If the guest fails to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior cancellation, HOTEL CORTIJO SALINAS reserves the right to charge 100% of the total amount of the reserved stay, provided that this condition has been communicated to and accepted by the guest at the time of booking and is in accordance with the applicable legislation.

Non-Refundable Rates
Reservations made under a Non-Refundable Rate require payment of 100% of the total reservation amount at the time the booking is confirmed.

These reservations cannot be cancelled, modified or amended. In the event of cancellation, early departure or no-show, no full or partial refund of the amount paid will be issued.

Payment Terms
To guarantee the reservation, HOTEL CORTIJO SALINAS will charge the guest's credit or debit card for an amount equivalent to the first night's stay prior to the scheduled arrival date.

For reservations made under a Non-Refundable Rate, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged at the time the booking is confirmed.

Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions
By completing a reservation, the guest expressly accepts this Cancellation Policy and the Payment Terms.
